He didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive option like most furniture stores do. I will definitely be going back to Ashley when I need more furniture.
First off, I was very pleased that they did not follow you around the store. I liked to have my space and make my own decisions.Plumm Was very professional Courteous and kind. And she got my sale I had purchased a couch and chair. Being that they do not follow you around the store I highly recommend shopping at ashley furniture. I already knew what I wanted when I walked in and he took me right to the couch I was looking for.
